All our International orders are shipped within 2 days of the purchase date. Please allow 3 to 7 working days for delivery within Australia. If there is a delay in receiving your order, please contact us at sales@ozel.com.au.

Customers are responsible for the payment of all shipping & incoming duties applicable to international orders.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

ÖZEL does not accept returns for ‘change of mind’ however, we will offer an exchange if the item has been unopened, unused and in original packaging at the shipping cost to the purchaser.

Unwashed and unused items in original condition may be returned or exchanged once approved by us within 14 days of purchase receipt.

All products are checked prior to posting, however, in the unlikely event the product is faulty beyond repair, or if an alternate style is unavailable for exchange, we will offer a refund.

Further instruction will be given by us upon approval of refund for ease of process.

Cancellation of the order can only be accepted if your order has not been dispatched. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days.
